Damage Policy

To file a damage claim, please send an email to sales@residentialbaths.com that includes your order number, name, shipping address and a brief description of damage(s) including images of damage(s). Upon receipt of the damage claim, a confirmation email will be sent on how then proceed regarding damage claim. Residential Baths, LLC. reserves the right to deny any damage claims according to the terms and conditions of return policies.

If the damaged item was shipped through a freight carrier or LTL service, you must report the issue within 5 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery. In that case, please report the issue and you can choose to receive a replacement or a refund. Residential Baths, LLC is not responsible for damages caused during transit.
